How We Work - What Happens and When?
It can be a difficult and confusing process to know your best web answer. If you own or manage a business, providing the right web-presence can be a critical part of your job. Timeless Exposures Web Design wants to make the process as comfortable and efficient as possible for you. We offer state of the art, web optomized services. All websites are designed using Web standards compliant CSS layouts and advanced CSS-based navigation. Business sites with 3 or more pages will also include both XML and HTML site maps. The included XML site map is required by Google, Yahoo, Live Search, Ask and others for optimized search engine results. You will also receive a CSS-based HTML site map so your site visitors can quickly find just what they're looking for.
1) Communication - Consultation
The Web can be a confusing place. Our team of professionals is here to help you through the maze, to answer your questions and to be available to you before, during, and after your website is up and running. Consultation before your order is free and we will speak to you in clear, non-intimidating english. Grab a cup of coffee, check out our gallery of designs and navigation options,, fill out the questionnaire, send us an email or give us a call.
2) Questionnaire
To help us understand your needs, we ask that you fill out a short questionnaire. During this phase we can communicate via email or by telephone if that is your preference. This is our time of discovery while we will target your needs and what you hope to accomplish with your website. If you would like help in determining a hosting company for your site, we will gladly help you with that as well. There are many options and we will be here for you every step of the way.
3) Make Your Choice - Order Your Website or Other Service
Once you settle on a design preference and we have received your deposit, our design team will get to work building a draft for you. For each page that you have selected, we will first build a draft page for your approval. The draft will include your images or images that we have selected for you. During this time, basic design and color theme changes can easily be accomplished. Once you have given us final approval for the design, we are ready for the next step.
4) The Design Process
Our design team will now begin building your website or other graphic product. If you have ordered a website, we will need your content (Email link: ). Your content is composed of the text and images that you are providing for your site. If you have a team involved in developing your content, please designate one person to be a liaison and our primary contact person. Content changes can easily be made during the design process but getting your content in to us as early as possible will insure that we complete your project on target.
5) Sit Back and Relax
At this point, your work is done and the rest is up to us! We will finish building your final design and program in your provided content. If you haven't signed on with a web 'host' yet, you will be provided with a test-site location so that you can view the progress of your website. At this point, minor corrections to your text are still ok but keep in mind that we are attempting to complete your website as quickly as possible and based on your timeline.
